I was working on a research paper titled “Genetic Comparison and Phenotypic Similarity of the Florida Cracker Horse to Iberian Horse Breeds” So numerous times I went to Forever Florida as well as other breeders (few and far between) to document these horses.

2005
Forgive me for the shotty color quality. In 2005 we unfortunately suffered a house fire, and while the research was wrapped up, It wasn’t resistant to smoke damage, so these phonographs look horrible now, and aged. But since I have such a love for these horses, I thought it might be nice to share them with other people. I mean, how many of you can say that you got to work with a band of wild horse, let alone see a real Florida Cracker Horse.
