Appaloosa Extension Pack by JNFerrigno Appaloosa Extension Pack by JNFerrigno

Make a Race Horse
brought to you by [link] (JF-Studios.com)
Download to use

This package features 15 snowcap markings, 7 spotted blankets, 5 snowflakes, 5 varnish roans, 7 leopards, 4 leg markings, a solid white base, striped hooves, and mottled skin. There are more snowcap bases to use so that you may also design your own spotted blanket pattern. These patterns are to be used for the Thoroughbred Race Horse line art featured in the [link] (Make a Race Horse) application.

The Do's and Don'ts
You may edit any of this image, so long as it follows the [link] (Terms of Service at JF-Studios). This means you can add your own markings, mane and tail, rider, tack, or if you'd like to just use the line art, you may do that as well. However credit must be given please.

Hello, i wanted to ask, can i use these on a lineart i drew? Or only on your race horse applications one?

You may use them, but I don't think they will work as they are designed to fit only that line art.

If you update to the latest version of gimp, photo shop files open in it.

I work in Jasc PSP 9, and neither this file or the paint pack work for me. It says 'this PSD contains unsupported features'.

Something tells me you work in Jasc PSP as well? But I might be way off. XD But if you do, could you upload a .pspimage version of both? The base and mane and tail pack both work perfectly fine, which is wierd.

I think I can save them as PSP's I work in Photo Shop, not Paint shop any more (my program expired ;_; and I want it again).

Would you mind uploading them? Not the base or the mane and tails, just the appaloosa and paint? It just opens as one layer with them, even if I save them. >.<

You can credit both if you'd like. But yes I would at least need a link back to my accout or the program.

By the way did you even bother opening it in gimp before asking me to make it compatible? I just wasted a half hour of my time, and space on my computer to get with support in a gimp chat and download the program, only to be able to open it in Gimp 2.6.

i was simply stating what was happening on my end.

If you still haven't figured it out, next to the layers, there is a little check box that has an eye in it. Whichever colors you want to see, you can click that check box, and you'll see it. =). I'm not tech support either, but figured I'd help JNF out here. Lol. I use GIMP for everything.

Everyone that has asked me to save these for Gimp have not provided me any help in figuring out how to convert them. So far all I understand is that i should save them as XCF's which I do not have the option of doing with Adobe Photoshop (from what I can see).
